Tropska hiša

V Tropski hiši se z živimi ambasadorji različnih živalskih in rastlinskih skupin učimo izkustveno in spoznavamo živa bitja z različnimi čutili. Pozitivna izkušnja z živim bitjem se vtisne v naš dolgoročni spomin. Hkrati se veliko ljudi znebi predsodkov, ki jih gojijo do določenih živali. Samo z znanjem in pozitivnim odnosom do živih bitij, jih ljudje po pozitivni izkušnji in pravilnimi informacijami o njihovem načinu življenja v naravi lahko varujemo. Stika z živim bitjem, edinstvene izkušnje in uporabe čutil v tem procesu ne more nadomestiti nobena knjiga, učbenik ali dokumentarni film.

S projektom Tropska hiša podpiramo lokalne prebivalce in slovensko biodiverziteto. Naše delovanje je zasnovano trajnostno in ekološko. Sami ekosistemi in oprema za živali so izdelani unikatno, predvsem iz naravnih ali recikliranih materialov.

Aktivnosti za otroke v Tropski hiši so tudi tropski rojstni dan ter tropske počitnice za otroke.

Tropski rojstni dan

Naj bo vaš dan izjemen. Povabite svoje prijatelje v prijetno toplo okolje Tropske hiše in praznujte svoj rojstni dan. Skupaj bomo pobožali vaše najljubše živali: kunce, tenreke, morske prašičke, kače, kuščarje ali žuželke. Nahranili bomo orjaške želve, progaste monguste in nosate medvede ter opazovali ogroženega siamskega krokodila, spretne drevesne žabe, skrivnostne gekone, največje kopenske polže na svetu ter ostalo živalsko druščino Tropske hiše.

Tropske počitnice za otroke

V Tropski hiši v centru mesta Celje pripravljamo živalsko in rastlinsko obarvane počitnice za otroke osnovnih šol. Odkrivali bomo čudesa ekosistemov sveta in njihovih prebivalcev. V družbi živali in rastlin se bomo zabavali in ustvarjali ter se o njih veliko naučili. Izvedeli bomo, kako se nosati medvedi sporazumevajo, božali kače, kuščarje, tenreke, kunce, orjaške pajke ter ostale mehke, gladke in luskaste živali. Posejali bomo rastline in zavili na dvorišče afriške savane z lemurji, odkrivali skrivnostna območja monsunskega azijskega gozda in spoznali užitne rastline ter raznolike žuželke.

In the Tropical House, with living ambassadors of different animal and plant groups, we learn experientially and get to know living beings with different senses. A positive experience with a living being is imprinted in our long-term memory. At the same time, many people get rid of the prejudices they cultivate towards certain animals. Only with knowledge and a positive attitude towards living beings can humans, after a positive experience and correct information about their way of life in nature, protect them. No book, textbook or documentary can replace contact with a living being, a unique experience and the use of the senses in this process.

With the Tropical House project, we support local residents and Slovenian biodiversity. Our operation is designed to be sustainable and ecological. The ecosystems and equipment for animals themselves are made uniquely, mainly from natural or recycled materials.

Activities for children at the Tropical House include a tropical birthday party and a tropical holiday for children.

Tropical birthday

Make your day exceptional. Invite your friends to the pleasant warm environment of the Tropical House and celebrate your birthday. Together we will pet your favorite animals: rabbits, tenreks, guinea pigs, snakes, lizards or insects. We will feed giant turtles, striped mongooses and bear bears, and observe the endangered Siamese crocodile, dexterous tree frogs, mysterious geckos, the largest land snails in the world, and other animals of the Tropical House animal society.

Tropical holidays for children

In the Tropical House in the center of Celje, we are preparing animal and plant-colored holidays for primary school children. We will discover the wonders of the world’s ecosystems and their inhabitants. We will have fun and create in the company of animals and plants and learn a lot about them. We will learn how bear bears communicate, pet snakes, lizards, tenreks, rabbits, giant spiders, and other soft, smooth, and scaly animals. We will plant plants and turn into the backyard of the African savannah with lemurs, discover the mysterious areas of the monsoon Asian forest and get to know edible plants and a variety of insects.
