Overview
In the style of the mid-20th century, Zoological Park of Centenario (Parque Zoologico del Centenario) offers a fun and educational experience both for kids and their parents. Walk around the large park and see all kinds of animals, some of them endangered in the wild, including the rare white tiger. Go early if you want to avoid crowds and high temperatures. You don’t have to pay for tickets, only for the train ride across the park, during which you can get close to the fences and take a closer look of the animals. The park has a shaded kids’ playground for the youngest members of the family. You can also grab some food and drink onsite.
