Overview
In the old town close to the Dyvekes bridge and historic ruins from the middle ages, you will find a children’s playground that requires some exploration. Here, children can enjoy themselves among other things in “the city in the cloud”, which is a slightly different climbing plants shaped like a miniby. Here, children can climb up the rope and wood tiger to explore more rooms, and move between the houses a piece of up in the air. Here, there are good opportunities for balance and coordination training.
The slightly larger children can get back down by “sliding” down a metal tang as a fireman, while the slightly younger can slip down in the traditional way or climb down the rope and planks. The whole design is like to called “the city in the cloud”, because it is like a tiny town built on tall poles.
The playground is a result of good amount of voluntary work through 19 years, performed by children and adults.
