Sofia ZOO

Sofia Zoo was founded years ago 1888. Beside it is largest and oldest Zoo on the Balkan. Zoo houses over 2000 animals and approximately 280 species from all over the world: herbivores, primates, carnivores, birds, terrarium, vertebrate. Sofia zoo is included in the list of The Hundred National Tourist Sites of The Bulgarian Tourist Union.
