Koča v Vojah Bohinj

The mountain hut in Voje stands at the edge of the forest at the beginning of the glacial valley of Voje, along which the river Mostnica flows. Near the hut are the beautiful gorges of Mostnica, which are a symbol of this valley. From the hut we have a beautiful view of the slopes of Tosca, Veliki Draški vrh and Ablance.

Voje is a pleasant tourist excursion point with an intermediate tour of the picturesque gorge Mostnica, over which the Devil’s Bridge rises. The hut is also a suitable intermediate stop on the way from Bohinj to Triglav or to other mountain stops.

The restaurant has 70 seats, 5 rooms with 16 beds, 24 dormitories with 24 beds, 2 toilets, a washbasin and a bathroom with hot water; there is a peasant stove in the restaurant. Hot and cold food and a variety of drinks are available to mountaineers.

A walk through the Mostnica gorge is also suitable for smaller children. There is also a children’s playground by the cottage.

Koča v Vojah stoji ob robu gozda na začetku ledeniške doline Voje, po kateri teče rečica Mostnica. V bližini koče so čudovita korita Mostnice, ki so simbol te doline. Od koče je nam odpre lep razgled proti pobočjem Tosca, Velikega Draškega vrha in Ablance.  

Voje so prijetna turistična izletniška točka z vmesnim ogledom slikovite soteske Mostnice, čez katero se pne Hudičev most. Koča je tudi primerna vmesna postojanka na poti iz Bohinja na Triglav ali do drugih planinskih postojank.

V gostinskem prostoru je 70 sedežev, 5 sob v katerih je 16 postelj, na dveh skupnih ležiščih pa 24 ležišč, 2 WC-ja, umivalnici in kopalnica s toplo vodo; v gostinskem prostoru je kmečka peč. Planincem je na voljo topla in hladna hrana ter vrsta raznih napitkov.

Sprehod po soteski Mostnice je primeren tudi za manjše otroke. Pri koči se nahajajo tudi otroška igrala.
